Small Group Training
This 7-Week program is designed to help kick your fitness into gear and uses compound exercises that work multiple muscle groups simultaneously using kettlebells and stability equipment. This curriculum will help develop strength, muscular endurance, stability, and increase your caloric expenditure.
Our Small Group Training Series combines the energy and inspiration of group exercise with the individualized attention of personal training. Small class size (3-8 participants per class) ensures that our personal trainers can provide a customized workout. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, tone up, run a 5K or just feel better about yourself, small group training will help you drive results.
Fluid Motion Fitness for Arthritis
Join us in our warm water pool for a fun, supportive way to move with less pain and more confidence. This arthritis-friendly class uses the natural resistance and buoyancy of warm water to help reduce joint pain and stiffness while supporting safe, low-impact movement.
Participants will work on maintaining or improving muscle strength, balance, and coordination through guided exercises designed to be gentle yet effective. Each session is led by a certified corrective exercise specialist who ensures movements are safe, adaptable, and appropriate for all ability levels.
All set to upbeat, enjoyable music that will keep you moving, motivated, and smiling the entire time, Fluid Motion Fitness is a great way to stay active, feel better, and connect with others in a welcoming small-group environment.

Golf Fitness
This six week golf fitness program will use targeting mobility, strength and power training to help improve golf performance.
Assessments, design and implementation will create an effective conditioning program to get you ready for the season.
Specific focus will be on: posture, range of motion, movement quality, muscular strength and endurance.
Flexibility and stretching protocols will be introduced to reduce golf related injuries and improve movement patterns both on and off the course.
Note: This program does not address golf swing mechanics.

Learn to Cycle
Build confidence and skills in this indoor cycling class. Designed to teach proper bike setup, riding technique, and pacing. You will learn the basics in a small group with a certified cycle instructor and personal trainer.

Pickleball Clinic
Offered every other week, for four classes total, this is a fun & supportive way to learn the
fundamentals of pickleball. We will
cover basic skills, rules, and gameplay strategies with instruction and low-
pressure practice.
Rowed Rage
Rowed rage is a combination of cardio and strength training for a whole body workout. This specialty circuit class will incorporate the rower, TRX suspension, Bosu ball and other specialized equipment in order to challenge, enhance and improve your fitness journey.

Tread & Shred
A high intensity cardio & strength workout. Participants will move between hill runs, sprints, weight lifting and plyometrics weekly. The instructor will challenge everyone to push past their comfort zone & discover what their body is really capable of! Women On Weights
This guided program will teach you how to safely and confidently use weights to support your wellbeing. Sessions will introduce a variety of total body and split routines, so you can decide how to prioritize your workouts between core, upper and lower body.
We welcome both beginners and more experienced lifters to brush up on safe lifting technique, gym etiquette, warm-up and cooldown stretching, and recovery protocols, all in a supportive community environment.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga to Gently Unwind & Energize
Enhance your wellness routine with Yin Yoga. This 8-week small group session focuses on gentle, long-held stretches to release deep tension, boost flexibility, and promote relaxation. Yin Yoga is a nice complement to a busy lifestyle or active workout routine, helping you recover, recharge, and find balance — both physically and mentally.
For your convenience, we are offering two registration options. You can register either for all eight classes or sign-up for four to use within the 8-week program when they’re best for you.
