Small Group Training
This 7-Week program is designed to help kick your fitness into gear and uses compound exercises that work multiple muscle groups simultaneously using kettlebells and stability equipment. This curriculum will help develop strength, muscular endurance, stability, and increase your caloric expenditure.
Our Small Group Training Series combines the energy and inspiration of group exercise with the individualized attention of personal training. Small class size (3-8 participants per class) ensures that our personal trainers can provide a customized workout. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, tone up, run a 5K or just feel better about yourself, small group training will help you drive results.
Kettlebell and Bosu
This 2-Month program is designed to help kick your fitness into gear and uses compound exercises that work multiple muscle groups simultaneously using kettlebells and stability equipment. This curriculum will help develop strength, muscular endurance, stability, and increase your caloric expenditure. This program is facilitated by a certified personal trainer and includes a pre and post assessment to measure your success, personal goal review, and a supportive atmosphere to help you stay motivated throughout your journey.

Kinesis
Kinesis Training, comprised of three machines, takes traditional exercises (chest press, lateral pull, row) and combines them with functional movements (reaching, squatting, bending). It develops balance, core/overall strength, and flexibility for people of all fitness levels.

Pilates
With a focus on core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness. The small group class will lengthen and strengthen your muscles while giving you a full body workout. utilizing magic circle, theraband, small ball, and light weights that will sculpt and increase strength and range of motion.

Yin Yoga to Gently Unwind & Energize
Enhance your wellness routine with Yin Yoga. This 8-week small group session focuses on gentle, long-held stretches to release deep tension, boost flexibility, and promote relaxation. Yin Yoga is a nice complement to a busy lifestyle or active workout routine, helping you recover, recharge, and find balance — both physically and mentally.
For your convenience, we are offering two registration options. You can register either for all eight classes or sign-up for four to use within the 8-week program when they’re best for you.
