Get ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the delicious world of handmade pasta! In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn how to craft two unique and traditional Italian pastas: agnolotti, delicate stuffed pasta pockets with rich, savory fillings, and sorpresine, a small, tortellini-esque pasta which translates to “little surprises” in Italian!
Guided by our guest expert pasta-crafter Leila, you’ll explore the techniques of kneading, shaping, and stuffing fresh pasta dough from scratch. We’ll finish by pairing your creations with a creamy pesto sauce that ties everything together with fresh spring flavor.
Whether you’re a pasta enthusiast or just looking for a fun culinary experience, this class offers the perfect blend of skill-building and indulgence.

Celebrate Father’s Day with an unforgettable evening of cooking, laughter, and quality time in our special Fathers & Sons cooking class! Together, you’ll learn to craft the ultimate burger experience from scratch—starting with freshly baked sourdough burger buns, followed by juicy, flavorful burgers, and finished off with the perfect tangy coleslaw to balance it all out.
This hands-on class is designed for all skill levels and focuses on teamwork, technique, and having fun in the kitchen. You’ll leave with full bellies, new skills, and a memory to savor.

To top it off, we’ll blend up a refreshing and nutritious berry smoothie using fresh fruits and a splash of creativity!
Kids will practice safe kitchen skills, explore new ingredients, and build confidence while having a blast. Perfect for little foodies, this class is all about learning, laughing, and loving what you cook!

We’ll start with a vibrant zucchini relish—perfect for topping burgers, sandwiches, or adding a tangy twist to your favorite dishes. Then, we’ll move on to pickling crisp asparagus spears, creating a tasty snack or cocktail garnish with just the right amount of zing.
You’ll gain practical tips on sterilizing jars, balancing brine, and storing your creations safely. Whether you’re new to canning or looking to expand your repertoire, this class will leave you inspired to preserve the best of the season.
Canning is a valuable skill to learn for you and your family, and there’s no better one to teach other than our low Laura Hamilton!
