Y Adventurers Program Registration

The YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh Adventurers Program helps fathers and their children strengthen their relationships, share exciting experiences, and create lifelong memories together.

The program is all about adventure, connection, and fun! Throughout the year, fathers and children have opportunities to explore nature, enjoy special activities and events, take part in campouts, and connect with other families. The program provides a framework and calendar of adventures that make it easy to spend quality time together, try new things, and create memories that last a lifetime. Participants also earn patches along the way to celebrate the fun and adventures they share together.

The Y Adventurers Program is broken into four separate programs:

Y Guides – Fathers & Sons – Kindergarten through 5th Grade

Y Princesses – Fathers & Daughters – Kindergarten through 5th Grade

Y Questors – Fathers & Daughters – 6th through 12th Grade

Y Trailblazers – Fathers & Sons – 6th through 12th Grade


Adult Program Registration

We are excited to kick off the 2026–27 program year for YMCA Adventurers, including Y Princesses, Y Guides, Y Questors, and Y Trailblazers!

Your annual registration fee provides access to the Adventurers program, including placement in a tribe and opportunities to participate in activities and events throughout the year. Activities are paid for separately on an a la carte basis, so you only pay for the activities you choose to attend.

YMCA Branch Members: Your adult registration fee is FREE!

Register by October 1 and receive 50% off your adult registration fee!

Annual Adult Registration Fees:

  • Adult participating in one or more parent/child programs: $90/year
    Early registration price: $45
  • Adult participating only in Y Questors or Y Trailblazers: $45/year
    Early registration price: $22.50
