Labor Day honors and recognizes the American labor movement and the works and contributions of laborers to the development and achievements in the United States.  On this very special weekend, let the staff at Deer Valley YMCA Family Camp honor you with rest and relaxation as well as fun games, activities, and fellowship with other campers!  The waterfront will be in full swing for sailing, boating, and swimming, and don’t forget to plan for the Cross Lake Swim!  The Adventure Course will be in action, and of course, the trails around camp will be available for short or long hikes!  The craft shop will be stocked and ready along with other games and activities in camp.  Kids Group and the Horse Barn will be available as well.  Participate while you’re in camp in our September BioBlitz; a “how-to” session will be held at camp so that you’ll have a few days to participate
