Bridge for Beginners
Beginner Bridge: 6-Week Learning Series
Ready to learn one of the world’s most engaging and rewarding card games? Join us for a fun, welcoming 6-week Beginner Bridge program designed for absolute newcomers and anyone wanting a supportive re-introduction to the game.
Over the course of six weekly sessions, you’ll learn the essentials of modern bridge using clear, easy-to-follow instruction. Each class builds your confidence step-by-step through hands-on practice, guided play, and friendly discussion.

Cycling 101
New to indoor cycling? This 90 minute cycling workshop is designed for beginners or anyone looking to refresh their skills in a supportive, low-pressure environment. You’ll learn proper bike setup, riding positions, and essential cycling techniques with step by step guidance from an instructor. The workshop includes hands-on instruction, with time for questions and will end with a short ride to practice your new skills. By the end of the workshop, you’ll feel confident joining any of our full-intensity cycling classes.

Young Aquatic Explorer Program
Ages 8–12
Dive into adventure! The Young Aquatic Explorer Program introduces youth to the underwater world through fun, hands-on aquatic activities designed to build confidence, safety awareness, and a love for our oceans. Participants learn basic snorkeling and scuba diving skills, explore aquatic ecosystems, and practice teamwork through pool-based exploration challenges—all led by certified diving professionals. This program emphasizes water safety, environmental stewardship, and age-appropriate skill development. No prior experience is required; just bring your curiosity and readiness to explore!
