Girls Flag Football Skills Clinic

The YMCA is excited to encourage more girls to get involved in flag football through our free Girls Flag Football Skills Clinic! This girls-only clinic is designed for participants ages 6–15 and provides a fun, supportive, and welcoming environment to learn the game.

Participants will be introduced to flag football fundamentals, skill development, teamwork, and gameplay during this one-hour clinic. Whether your child is brand new to the sport or already has experience, this clinic is a great opportunity to build confidence, stay active, and prepare for the Fall Flag Football season!

Girls are encouraged to participate in both our Co-Ed Flag Football Skills Clinic and Girls-Only Flag Football Clinic. There are no restrictions on registering for both clinics—each offers an additional opportunity to build skills, gain confidence, and have fun!

Teams will have at least one practice per week and games will be held on Saturday mornings/afternoons starting at 9:00 a.m., depending on age division and available officials. All games will be held at Plum Middle School.

Registration fees include an NFL licensed jersey and flag belt.
