Join the Sampson Family Y Co-Ed Flag Football League today!

Youth flag football leagues introduce children to basic football skills and strategies with a focus on teamwork and sportsmanship. Participants will learn offensive and defensive strategies along with passing, receiving and blocking skills.

Teams will have at least one practice per week and games will be held on Wednesday evenings starting at 5:15 p.m. & Saturday mornings and/or afternoons starting at 9:00 a.m., depending on age division and available officials. All games will be held at Plum Middle School or Plum High School.

Registration fees include an NFL licensed jersey and flag belt.

Free Flag Clinics

Join us prior to the season at one of our FREE Flag Football Skills Clinics! Participants will learn more about the sport and the league during this one-hour training. This is a perfect opportunity for anyone who is unfamiliar with the sport and wants to learn more before registering for the Spring league!

Saturday, March 21st and Saturday, March 28th

Ages 6–9: 9:00 am–10:00 am
Ages 10–12: 10:15 am–11:15 am
