Enjoy a day of Pickleball and win prizes with friends, family, and other Y members! The tournament will be held in a Round Robin style. Individual Registration only. Teams will be placed by Y staff one week prior to the event. This tournament is open to all skill levels—whether you’re brand new to pickleball or a seasoned player. Hop into spring at the Baierl Family YMCA with our annual Easter Egg Hunt—one of our most beloved family traditions! Families are invited to join us for a fun-filled afternoon complete with egg hunts by age group, exciting prize eggs, themed crafts, music, and hands-on activities that create unforgettable memories for all ages.

This event is designed for the whole family to enjoy together. To ensure a safe and organized experience for all children participating in the egg hunt:

Every child attending must be registered individually.
Adults do not need to register.

Children will enjoy exploring our outdoor field in search of colorful eggs, while parents and caregivers cheer them on, take photos, and participate in our family-friendly stations. Whether this is your first YMCA egg hunt or a cherished yearly tradition, we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Bring your basket, dress for the weather, and get ready for a joyful community celebration welcoming spring to the Y!

Participants will receive freshly baked cookies to decorate with a variety of colorful icing, sprinkles, and other festive toppings. Let your imagination run wild as you design your own holiday masterpieces. Once you’re done, you can take your cookies home to share or enjoy them as a delicious treat!

Join us for our annual Sampson Y Holiday Staff Party! We’ll provide the main entrée, but staff are encouraged to bring a dish or treat to share. The evening will include a White Elephant gift exchange ($10 or less), fun games, icebreakers, and a great time with colleagues. Staff are welcome to stop by anytime during the event. Kick off the holiday season with a morning full of festive fun! Join us for a delicious pancake brunch and the special opportunity for your child to meet Santa Claus in person. Families can enjoy a warm stack of pancakes, create seasonal holiday crafts, and capture memorable moments with Santa.

This community celebration is open to everyone, but registration is required for both members and non-members. Please reserve your spot by Friday, December 6 to secure your family’s visit with Santa.

Pancakes with Santa – Photo Reservation

Each family attending Pancakes with Santa has the opportunity to reserve a dedicated time slot for individual or family photos with Santa. During your photo session, children can share their Christmas wishes directly with Santa and drop off their letters to the North Pole.

You only need to make one reservation per family. Please select your preferred time slot from the options listed in this registration. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your reserved time.
