Pickleball Court Monitors play a key role in keeping our Open Play sessions running smoothly and fun for everyone! As a Court Monitor, you’ll help facilitate round robin play, ensure all registered participants are actively involved, and keep the games moving on time.

When you sign up to be a Court Monitor, you’ll be pre-registered for the Open Play session you volunteer for—so you can still enjoy playing while serving in your role. During your session, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Timing each round (11 – 12 Minutes)
  • Announcing round robin matchups
  • Creating a positive, welcoming, and engaging environment for all players and Y members

After submitting the volunteer form, you’ll receive an email from our Healthy Living Program Director, Kristen, with available dates and times to choose from.

Join us in making Pickleball Open Play a friendly, organized, and enjoyable experience for all!
